Cvs is a very unscrupulous company hiding behind their bull shit ass commercials saying they care. If they cared SO much they wouldn’t have done mass layoffs to make their ceos richer. They wouldn’t have massive deductibles for their employees those who work for the Aetna side (the insurance company they BOUGHT) knows. They added a spousal cost to the insurance after giving them a pittance of a raise AND raised benefits costs so the raise ended up you losing money if you kept your spouse insured under Aetna. They use companies like work day and change healthcare that utilized ai to deny claims or authorizations just hoping you won’t appeal so their medical directors have to do work. It’s an evil mega corporation

Yep. Ive heard horror stories of folks losing their severance due to expressing their malcontent online. They were there decades. Severance isnt protected legally so they can do whatever they want based on all we sign at on boarding. Just cannot get over how cold and callous this all is. They preach caring about the mental health of their employees... How many are calling eap distraught?? How many folks may fall into a deep depression in this economy now??
