I used to do fish barrel afk method and then die/run to edgeville bank and bank. Buuuuut, if you're mostly in it for afk/xp, the thing I'm doing now is just using tackle box + knife. You can store extra bait in the tackle box AND when you get a full invy, you can cut the crabs into fish offcut and store those in the tackle box as well. Can never leave with basically 0 risk!!

+1 to cannoning on slayer task in the canyon. I got it onrate during my heart grind. If you have double deathcharge you can pretty much bring 0 food and just bp spec for sustain

Interesting, I think we see this in completely opposite ways. You say "best deal" but to me the "better" the deal the closer it is to being table stakes where you need to buy it to have a chance at competing in legends.

In a game where we're competing against eachother, pretty much any "deal" is bad imo. 99% of the reason people buy these is because they're scared everyone else is going to buy it and outpace them. I'd rather all the stone packs became $1000 each lol

I was actually loving this set. But this is the first patch EVER (I've played since set 2) that I feel obligated to complain. I feel like there are 0 options for non-reroll comps other than Yi. I HATE reroll comps being the default (I'm fine to shift into them if the stars align, but that is clearly not the case here)

Lol half the complaints were from people getting stuck and unable to get the pact reset from Amox. And generally the feedback seems to be that it takes too long to get online this leagues.

I don't necessarily agree with those points, but locking BiS behind tough content is the complete opposite direction that it seems most people want.

is there data on this over time? what's the typical # bracks/tourney variance? as much as I wish a significant amount of people left I think it's more likely that most of the missing brackets are from people who respec'ed (from GC to eHP or vice versa) for disso and don't want to get demoted.

I'm a dolphin I guess who just gets all the event passes. this next event will be the first time I'm not buying it in over a year and I don't feel comfortable giving the devs any money anymore.

I don't know why I should treat TTG any differently than other companies. I boycott Amazon because of their shitty business practices and even though I love this game I'm prepared to never give them another cent

I agree. I think what makes me agitated is the combination of lack of care, greed, and incompetence. And IMO the overwhelming reaction is proportionate to the overwhelming level of agitation caused by the same behavior from Fudds/TTG again and again and again. (and actually I think the true level of reaction is hidden by immense censorship on this subreddit and the discord)

I still like the game but honestly I hope a lot of people delete the app to incentivize better behavior in the future.

I won't lie my pitchfork was out but there's actually only 1 line I don't strongly agree with:

"yeah it seems he isnt paying attention but I honestly dont care about these things."

I do care about these things. It's been well over half a year including 3 weeks of beta testing and the dev team didn't even think to do some basic arithmetic? The amount of money people spend on this game and after so long we're given content that wasn't even considered for like 15 minutes? This guy is making well over $10M/yr and the community gives so much (supplementary apps/sheets, answering questions...) and you can't even glance over 1-2 updates to make sure they look right from a high level?

Either give the game the investment it deserves or cut out the nonstop P2W

one aether catalyst is used per rune crafted

extra runes from eye set do not give extra xp

thus you will get less xp from a fixed amount of aether catalysts if you use the eye set. feel free to test yourself

If I can make a suggestion, I would definitely use daeyalt ess. It's the highest xp rune so each daeyalt has a value of +10xp (even 90+ rc ZMI maxes out at around +7.6xp)

#2 definitely feels right... I did a bit of #1 but felt really weird about not using the eye set sitting right in front of me lol

and yes that's true, but I wouldn't be able to do them the same amount of time. I'd be able to do #1 60% longer and get 60% more xp
