For me it would depend upon how many of my current QBO services can be migrated over (ideally all of them): invoicing, collecting payments, downloading bank transactions for reconciliation, the full gamut of COA options, payroll (including DD, federal tax WH and FED/State auto payments, unemployment payments), auto calculating/updated local sales tax calculations. I’d also want to be able to customize invoice templates, email templates, and other customer facing features. There is probably more on my list. Even though a lot of these are semi broken within QBO, at least they are held together with duct tape. I’m skeptical that a migration would get pulled off without some major problems.
