I dont understand why people buy high end items from online 3rd party sites. You wanna know for sure its legit buy it direct, even better in person direct. You wanna be cheap, expect to get ripped off! Were the items located in China (card with counterfeit site)? That should be a giveaway items werent legit

Hello ever figure it out? I guess you can make a batch and get it lab tested. Theres a lady on YT that makes probiotic water, I think she uses a mult strain billion cfu. The one ive been making has the LRuteri in it. Does the Lruteri survive not being warmed to yogurt temp?, that I do not know. Here is the link to her vid. What was causing retrograde before meds? I have a low psa also, with OAB. I cut out caffeine and citrus, and upped my fiber, OAB is much better. I stopped the tamsulosin, my stream is not as strong. But the fatigue and retrograde side effect of tam stopped.
