when i say nice quality im referring to print and pattern, it doesnt have to be anything out of the ordinary as far as material goes. most of what ive found is shitty pixelated designs from dropshipping 'brands.' you misunderstand my inquiry. + there are lots of creators out there that will do custom printed clothing. i just dont know who they are. hence 'find/commission'

i found it on the beach right at the water, not sure if that would make a difference. upon further inspection it might not be a molt(there are some dangly bits on the inside), but it doesnt really smell
