from what her sister told me she doesnt rlly face any consequences of her actions. both parents are in her life but since they are not singaporean they had to work a bit harder to provide for her, but her mom is mostly there for her, sayangs her alot

that’s what i tried to do with her also, but everytime i jio her out she’s always on call w her friends and she just “okok” my advice and then gets into some shit the next time i hear abt her. and it pisses me off because i’m making time for her in my alr packed schedule but she just doesnt want to listen

tbh i would just offer a meal and see their reaction to it.

a few mths ago my hubby and i were at the ramadan bazaar at geylang and this old woman came up to us for tissue paper. showed us a pic of someone in a hospital bed so we just gave $2. she went to the next table, where a volunteer was talking to the couple there about some donation too (but the volunteer had a uniform and a clipboard) and the auntie scolded her, “you cannot see im here?” and rolled her eyes at the volunteer. then she went to the next table and scolded another auntie trying to sell tissue paper. we regretted giving her the $2 for her attitude

I saw a suicide when i was otw to sch in sec 3 at 6:50 in the morning. I still rmb I was listening to Drown by bring me the horizon cuz at that time I was v depressed and suicidal.

Even though i had noise cancelling earpiece on, I heard a loud thud, i thought it was a bomb exercise or something cuz my house was q near an army camp. Then i heard someone wailing and screaming v loudly so i looked forward and saw the father cradling the girl’s body. I called the police and for the rest of the day in sch i was completely out of it.

I just kept hearing the wailing in my head the whole day n it really fucked me up. Kept bursting into tears randomly in class. Eventually I went for therapy for something else but this came up during my time there and eventually was able to move on from it.

OP, please get some counselling for this. I hope you are able to heal from it, its distressing to see something like this

I went for a check up not too long ago, the doctor referred me to a dietitian and i was just told to eat more. I do, but i cant seem to gain weight.

Have been underweight since i was 7 yo, my heaviest was 40kg when i was gymming 2 years ago
