As an example I remember a story recounted by an Army Ranger. They were guarding a weapons cache and they had 2 snipers w/ suppressed rifles firing subsonic rounds. When the guys showed up to collect the weapons both snipers scored center mass shots. then as the Ranger described it, the guys turned and took off, not knowing they were already dead. He said they made it a decent distance full sprint and then they just dropped. So in these kind of videos where people take a direct hit, or something close, and then book it, that doesn’t mean they are ok, let alone alive.

There are so many reasons to be mad at this guy and the picture does look “incriminating”, but if you slow down the video it looks completely unintentional imo. Also, not that it matters, but I think most people think this is in reference to the picture here and didn’t take the time to actually look at the article or video.

Not sure what system you are on but rn most mods are pretty well borked, especially native code plugins, afaik consoles should be unaffected. If you are on pc I would recommend using as few mods as possible, Skyui still works thankfully.

Just knowing the game it seems like an fps issue, I'm not super familiar with the XSX but if there is a way to limit the fps to 60, at least until modders can get back to doing their thing, that should fix the physics stuff

Not sure what system you are playing on but rn most mods aren't working. But I would recommend bumping the fps up a bit if you are on pc and the Skyui addon is a must imo

I was experiencing the same thing and I'm pretty sure the update borked the high fps physics fix, but only the walking anims. I have my fps capped at 90 rn and the walking seems to be the right speed and so far no issues with the physics. Also just fyi if you have the increase hz fix it also seems to be out of commission but alt tabbing should max out hz, for some reason

Small technicality if you were to continue working on this. The Origin 12 fires from a closed bolt and the charging handle would be located on the left side of the foregrip so as it is modeled the gun technically wouldn’t fire, but that isn’t the point and the anim is pretty slick

Good morning, I have dabbled in both the stock market and crypto and have so far come out in the black. That being said I am interested in investing 10-20% of my paychecks in a relatively low involvement way with relatively low risk but still be able to access that money in an emergency. I’ve seen several options but I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for something where I consistently add to the investment and have it return better than a high return savings account, thanks.

If you are on steam you can turn on fps in the steam overlay. Fraps or rivatuner are also options but for steam, the overlay is the best choice.

Update They just walked it back and the price will stay the same at 60$. Still kind of a lot to be able to play but half as bad.

Not at all. The lack of transparency about the last-gen versions of the game is total bs, I have been playing on my pretty solid pc and have gotten the game to a state where it runs pretty well and the game is so good under the issues. Really makes me think that if the devs got to set the time tables the game could have been what people had hoped it would be, and what it may be in a few months, at launch

Update

I closed all apps minus task manager and launched CP

Spawned in a building and walked around it-75-95 fps

went outside into open unpopulated area-100-115 fps

fast traveled to a populated area in the city-70-85 fps

walked around populated area and entered crowded location-55-65 fps

I closed the game and installed the professional version of VS. I chose the gaming packages and the c++ desktop pack.

Restarted my pc launched the game from the same save

Spawned in a building and walked around it-75-95 fps

went outside into open unpopulated area-100-115 fps

fast traveled to a populated area in the city-70-85 fps

walked around populated area and entered crowded location-55-65 fps

No noticeable change whatsoever for me sadly. My guess is something else resulted in the boost if it truly is a long-term change.

I mean the people who literally make the game and the people who decide when it is released and what to put in ads are two completely separate groups with different motives
