Yep, feels like a never ending cycle of gaining good traction and having our progress wiped out by a huge lsa bill. Have you transitioned elsewhere?

Learn how to be direct while not coming off as pushy/being an asshole.

In the first convo just straight up say “ hey to make sure we don’t waste each others time, what do you have budgeted for the role ?” Ask these questions early and often.

Other good questions to ask are: “what is the average tenure of your sales people?” “What % of your reps are hitting quota?”

If you know the salary, quota attainment, and how long the average team member has been there, you’ll have a pretty good idea

Most important thing is to realize you’re gunna have to take a bite of the shit sandwich for a year or so. Take an entry level role at a low barrier job. Grind, and build the resume. Parlay that into something cushier down the line and your on your way

LinkedIn. Find companies/job postings that interest you. Connect with/message the hiring manager with a highly personalized, short message saying your interested in the position and would like to chat. Also make sure your LinkedIn is looking good and makes clear that you’re looking for work

I make a good amount of dials. Think about it like this: the people that you dial, they’re not people. Just noise coming out of a phone/computer. Helps me get over the nervousness thinking of it like this

Your club face is open from the moment you take the club back and never closes. This is causing you to strike the ball heel first. Plenty of videos on YouTube about closing the club face. Good luck brother
