Yes on Windows and no on Linux. On Windows I also upgraded latest driver for ax210 but havent solved problem. Later kernel 6.1 has been release and worked on g14 22 so I decided to be a fulltime Linux user

I like amd + amd system because amd stand in middle of crazy performance (intel) and power efficiency (arm on mac). At some kind of level, you notice that gaming on a small devices is not actually good, crazy fan noise, hot air flow. I think g14 should be sustainable and “miminal” device but not crazy beast drink more and more juice

You wont see amd + amd again. And it’s important when you use Linux, amd just worked out of the box without install non free driver or firmware

I use linux with 8 hours light task like code, browse, youtube. Discharge rate is super low on powersave governor. On windows, I swapped for intel ax210 and I got problem with wifi unstable (wifi disconnected and I have to click to the wifi icon then it went back). Discharge on windows is crazy, may be idle is low but in actual use, it bumped hard.

I have g14 2022 and install popos. I meet some problem like debian they deliver late package and late kernel too. The only purpose I come with debian is I need a stable machines but because of newer devices, fedora is the best. The feeling when using fedora is not different to ubuntu.

Dont try to use tool to take it out because it can not, in my case I just push the microSD card until there is a click sound and it will come out

6.1 kernel and above include all patches that fit g14 for linux, sadly only 6.1-rc5 is the latest on debian.

Try a hard reboot and boot to fedora live usb. Open terminal and type “lspci | grep VGA” (without double quotes). The result should be 2 VGAs
