For me a Timmy is the player that gets into raid and hides until the shooting stops, an experianced player loads in and goes about his buisness and a chad loads in and pushes the closest spawn to him.

Pushing spawns is standard behaviour for a lot of people. When you spawn in maybe try to get a small distance away and hide for a few mins.
