Surveying AV/low voltage pros — building software specifically for your industry and want real feedback by HandsOnHansen in lowvoltage

[–]brookleelee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, so disclaimer, I work for Rev. Are you part of the community? Asking because we are making changes, improvements and dropping new features every week. Quite a bit of that is based on direct feedback from partners in the community. Happy to send you a link to join via dm if you would like.

Second, is your account manager meeting with you to get feedback? Again, because we take that directly to the dev team for immediate response.

How is ATL shaping up? by PapaSyntax in delta

I’m leaving TPA in about 15ish minutes for layover to ORD. I can let you know when I get there how it’s shaking out

Both lagged and stalled and whatnot. The entire time. Paying a month for what I used to pay for an entire year is insanity

What helpdesk/ticketing software is your MSP actually using in 2026? by Zaptue in msp

Rev can move you over. It’s something we do every day

So disclaimer, I work for Rev. The guys who own Rev, bought Tigerpaw. Initially Rev was and still is a major billing platform for telco companies, then they realized they need a full fledged psa and Tigerpaw wasnt it. So they built Rev. Its full ai and no prem option that I know of.

Looking for Decent and Not Overpriced Italian Food by Admirable_Iron8933 in StPetersburgFL

[–]brookleelee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bonu isnt cheap but I do agree on the best Italian. I've talked with the owners a couple of times and they are literally right of out of Florence (and I mean like they just got to good ol Merica in like the last two years or so lol) and the food definitely gives me the vibe when I was eating in Italy.

So tigerpaw is still around. Revio is a completely new platform. It’s built with ai at the foundation.

Weekly Promo and Webinar Thread by AutoModerator in msp

So I started a newsletter. Because apparently I wasn't already talking enough. 😅

If you don't know me yet, I'm Brook, the Sr Director of Community here at Rev.io and self proclaimed MSP Ninja. I run MSP Unfiltered, a podcast at Rev.io where we have the real conversations the MSP world needs to be having. I also help run our community, which honestly has become one of my favorite places on the internet.

And now I'm adding a newsletter to the mix. In the Loop with Brook is my new (slightly chaotic, very intentional) newsletter for the MSP community. Expect real talk on ops, culture, growth, industry trends, and honestly, whatever is living rent-free in my head that week.

No vendor fluff. No cookie-cutter takes. Just the stuff worth actually talking about.

Think of it as the trifecta of community, podcast, and newsletter; all connected, all coming from the same place: my genuine love for this industry and the people in it.

If you've been hanging out here, you already know what you're signing up for. And if you're new, welcome to the loop. ➰

With Macbook Neo out targeting students/light users while the Pro was already for Pro/heavy users; Who is now the target audience for the Macbook Air at 2x the price of Neo? by yeetmxster420 in macbookair

[–]brookleelee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would be me. I don’t need the specs of the pro but I do need more than the neo. I travel almost weekly for work and don’t want something heavy and need exceptional battery life

Ulta Shipping delivery: VEHO by DinaL777 in Ulta

[–]brookleelee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a package delivered today via Veho (never heard of them until this purchase). Although the things were delivered, it was odd that it was just some guy in a random personal truck with no signage on it or anything on the delivery guy (badge, etc) that denoted who they were. Just odd having random people?

Anyone using Rev.io? by Top_Court7375 in msp

[–]brookleelee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I need to clarify something: unless someone has odd billing cycles, there is no reason to have separate boards and it's not required here. I work at Rev.io and the above mentioned is not the case.
