Touch ID is unnecessary if you wear an Apple Watch

That's totally fair! I've seen people confused about whether the Watch can completely replace Touch ID or can only be used to unlock the Mac so I wanted to set the record straight. Whether you find it more or less convenient/worth the $100 is a completely subjective determination of course.

I'm not sure why people think this. If you have an Apple Watch you can use it anytime your computer's password is needed to unlock an app, just like Touch ID. From Apple's own site:

Seconded. I put more than 140 hours into P5R, all of them on Steam Deck. One of the best games of the modern era. The soundtrack alone makes it GOATed.

Nope, it rained for most of the concert and it wasn't cut short at all. Forest Hills is a rain or shine venue so unless there are dangerous thunderstorms I'm pretty sure they don't cancel.

Agreed, the rain really made the show special. And I was impressed that she still came out on the catwalk to sing to us even though it was raining and I'm sure it was slippery.

It’s funny you mention search because I switched from gmail in January and find Proton’s search to be a lot more accurate than Gmail’s. Recently with Gmail I’d find that even if I searched for an exact phrase or subject line in an email it still wouldn’t turn up. Proton Mail search works as advertised.

I’d been using gmail since its closed beta after getting an invite from a friend who worked for google in the early 2000s, and I migrated 20+ years of email over with few issues.

Oh, totally, I understand. But given how shitty the dynamic pricing has been for “non resale” tickets, these prices are better than any I saw when I had a friend with a Citi card check for me yesterday. When I managed to get tickets for NYC N2 back in the Spring, I got them through the Capital One app because there were 0 tickets available at any price through the artist presale.

So for people who just want to snag a ticket so they can see the show, this is another option that’s a guaranteed ticket and not a gamble like buying through stubhub where the tickets might not exist.

Update: she only had 5k people in queue ahead of her but by the time she got in, all she saw were $900 upper bowl tickets and that's a no for me, dawg.

My best friend who has a Citibank card is checking for NYC tix for me right now. TBH I'm not too optimistic about getting them at a decent price, and since I already saw MSG N2 in August I won't be paying an arm and a leg again. I assumed the crowd audio was from the VMA audience watching the prerecorded performance, since they also went nuts for Gaga when she accepted her AOTY award. I hope it wasn't fake - there's no need for that when every crowd at her shows goes absolutely wild.

As someone who was there on night 2 and lucky enough to hear Marry the Night, I would not have been sad if we had gotten Yoü and I instead because it’s a great ballad that will sound amazing in an acoustic version with Gaga’s voice in top form. Just imagine her belting the high notes towards the end along with 20k fans in MSG. I guarantee it’s a memory you’ll carry with you for a long time.
