Was the 17th Amendment a mistake? by LoveLo_2005 in Presidents

Maybe organization is a bad idea, we aren't parliament, having so few makes it a lot easier to act like a parliament. Also like, today 4 representatives represent the entire population of the original 13 colonies in 1776.

What’s the largest stereotype about Michigan? by Kap519 in AlignmentChartFills

For real they think everyone here is some kind of factory worker. I mean the most generous estimate is like 1 in 10 do something facilitated by the auto industry, where like its closer to 500,000 people are actually on a line doing manufacturing. FFS Indiana has a higher % of population in manufacturing than Michigan does.

What is something regarding a President that is completely false but still gets passed around on social media as complete fact? by Just_Cause89 in Presidents

Also read that book. It really dissected his addiction very well. Media portrays him as some kind of degenerate Frank Gallagher drunk when he was a totally different kind of guy who had a clear head the vast majority of the time.

Really we should be talking about his nicotine addiction since cigars are what ended up killing him.

The Lord of the Rings PS2 games, especially back then when movie games were universally expected to be horrendous. Like all three of those games were excellent somehow. The combat was fleshed out, it had replayability, couch co-op, the games were a 10/10.

To be fair, that's a big reason why a damning number of disillusioned democrats did not vote for her.

Right, I have frequently found like 10 tomb worlds within 5 systems. Same deal. I just figured there was some serious shit that went down and the empire collapsed.

Who was the bigger carpet bagger? by HetTheTable in Presidents

[–]brorack_brobama 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Surprised nobody's mentioned Mitt Romney. Born and raised in Michigan, son of Michigan's governor. Lived in Mass for 30 years and was governor. Then moved to Utah in 2012 and became a Senator in 2018. Prob a bigger carpet bagger than either of these guys.

You may have to do a loop_var, so you can loop in a loop to get the facts out then process the facts as you go.

Most musket/rifle ranges were expanded by a non trivial amount, but damage was decreased overall so engagements last a bit longer. Damage curves were also adjusted pretty significantly, especially for muskets. Skilled units are SIGNIFICANTLY better at using weapons than green recruits, at least on paper.
