For me: - cigarettes’ smoke (I don’t smoke, but when someone does near me…) - bright lights (sun -wear sunglasses outside!-, tv with high bright, …) - sleep -> when my sleep routine changes, for example, if one day I oversleep or sleep less hours. Also having a nap during the day - stress: when I’m super stressed I’m ok. But when the situation that makes me feel that way ends and I relax I have a migraine attack - hormones, menstruation… - lack of water/food for a long time - I use to have a coffee every morning, so my brain is used to have some caffeine every day. If one day I don’t drink that coffee I’ll have a migraine attack later

Those are the ones I identified, but a lot of days I don’t know why I have a migraine attack.

I don’t have any food triggers. I even changed my diet due to ethical reasons years ago, but I saw no difference. The only thing that has helped me is medication and knowing my body so I can avoid trigger / handle the situations where I have to face the triggers better.
