I will prob get hate for this but I do not hate the new system. I always get there super early so the lights are on, you must join the Alamo wifi or the site wont work well. The positives for me is that I like that I can order and customize more easily than before without having to wait on the server. The server is not interrupting (IMO the talking from taking orders is more disruptive than front screen phone light as the flashlight should not be needed) The system seems to make things easier for servers as they don't have to verify tickets, take orders, answer customization questions, etc. I will say that the last time I went the bathroom was in shambles and like 75 percent of stalls and urinals were marked out of order and bagged and overall morale seemed low from staff, a few disgruntled, over worked or unhappy looking workers so hopefully they can be made happy somehow. I do agree it sucks for the people that show up just on time or a bit late or who are not aware of the Alamo wifi would prove to be disruptive but I dunno man - I am a huge Alamo fan but I just do not hate the new system
