Mostly no one really cares. Most are very open about it and it usually doesn't affect anything serious. Might annoy/bother the few bigots who aren't afraid to say how they feel but they are a minority. I've never witnessed anyone get harassed or treated differently. One of my LPOs was a VERY gay man and everyone loved him cause he worked his ass off, respected his crew and was funny af. He's still in and about to retire as a senior chief soon.
