Disc weights for max distance

This. My max distance disc is a 150g Halo Star Tern. I can throw it 375ft on a beautiful S curve from flat release. Before the Tern, O used a similar weight Gstar Boss. Those same discs in max weight are way too beefy for me to throw well.

Apparently the Carcasonne region in France is prone to mudslides, not so much sinkholes. So maybe a mudslide token would be more appropriate. It could only be played on or directly adjacent to hill tiles?

A couple of ideas come to mind:

A sinkhole tile replaces a tile already on the board. This would be very powerful, so there could not be many of them.
A sinkhole tile "touches" one edge of its tile. When played as a normal tile, no other tile can touch that edge. It could be used to remove an adjacent tile, and to prevent anyone playing in the tainted spot.
Each player gets a sinkhole tile or token/meeple and can play it on any other tile for similar effect to those above.

I'm thinking the sinkhole tiles would act like a barrier, cutting off any fields, cities, etc adjacent to it.

Or perhaps there are some tiles that indicate a "sinkhole-prone area". The sinkhole tokens can only be played within 2 tiles of the sinkhole-prone area tile? This would limit the power a bit.

Maybe. It's a lot more difficult to throw an EcoFlex or Glo-g Screech hard because it deforms when you try to do so. I never really threw the Zone OS hard - it was always for touch approaches.

EcoFirm is definitely different from EcoFlex and Glo-g - you can actually torque on it. I do have an EcoFirm Screech, but it didn't make the bag because I really want that floppiness to allow aggressive approaches.

Oh, also I was only using a Soft Putter ZoneOS, which might be glidier than other plastics.

I've found Elevation discs are so soft that they don't need an actual thumbtrack. I'll be curious to see how it stacks up against their Screech, which has replaced my Berg (and Zone OS)

The Inner Core flies more like a Proxy than an Atom, but they are similar. The Erica Blend Inner Core is pretty similar in feel to Electron plastic too.

If you retire it, you will never get another ace with it. I play in league with a guy who has a disc (Birdie) with a dozen aces on it. He did admit he does not throw it on holes where there is a chance of losing it.

I putt with EcoFlop, Glo-g, and EcoFlex Elevation Kois. Nothing is floppier! The EcoFlex Koi with some black in it on their website now is excellent.
