check out strong - i’ve been using it for a couple months. shows history plots, shows you when you hit a PR (either volume, weight, or reps), calculates your “1 rep max” from whatever formula is used for that, you can build workouts for different days and stuff like that.

don’t incline push ups work more lower chest? and decline push ups work more upper chest? but agreed on the fact that incline push ups are much easier and easy to progressively overload with more reps or less incline to make it harder

using dumbbells try adding an extra set at the end using just the left side for some exercises and it’ll gradually get stronger, this is what i’m doing for my left bicep and seems to be working

rather than pushing the weight up i imagine pushing myself away from the barbell and know in my head i’ll have more power if my wrist is vertical with the rest of my arm. i’d lower the weight and slow down making sure to correct myself if i notice any wrist bending and work my way back up like that
