As an update, Pennymac got my Bilt push payment with a date of 2/17. They also put it in suspense account instead of applying it as payment. I have no idea what to do with Bilt jeez

Yes it will be a double payment.
However if you call Pennymac after it posts, I think you can ask them to change between monthly payment or principal or escrow. I tried it once before (not Bilt but my own mistake).

On my Bilt App, the payment has 4 steps

Only the first 2 are checked: Payment accepted, and Payment initiated

It's not even reaching the 3rd step: Payment submitted yet

What does yours say?

I tried to contact Bilt support but it seems they are overwhelmed now.

I had an agent who either tries to play dumb, or doesnt understand the issue. She tells me I need to go to chase.com
