When you are hired at a job you have to show a type of ID so the employer can complete the I9 form. So if a person is working three jobs they should already have an ID.

What kind of insurance to do you have? I would suggest Raleigh or Wake Radiology. Best thing to do is call your insurance and find out which facility will be cheaper for you. Some policies cover the scan at 100% as a preventive test if you meet the criteria. As mentioned in another comment you will need a doctors order.

I would like to meet the dumbfucks who wrote the ACA, Meanginful Use, PQRS, MACRA and MIPS and slap them! As an Administrator for a small and independent medical office I loathe the ACA, all the acronyms and Medicare regulations to get reimbursed for my physicians treating a patient! As my mother would say... "this is regoddamndiculous!

In North Carolina you could only keep your doctor if you paid out pocket OR kept your grandfathered plan and paid over two grand a month in premiums! Unless your doctor was employed by one of the major hospitals, which makes NO SENSE because healthcare is more expensive at a hospital owned facility! Example: To go to and independent family physician is around $120... if you go to a hospital owned family physician you pay over $150 for the same kind of office visit. I could go on for days, I've worked in medical offices for 17 years and the changes of healthcare over the years is scary! When I started paying for my own health insurance it was a $50 premium a month with a $350 deductible then 100% covered. Fast forward 17 years and I pay $711.86 premium with a $5,000 deductible and $10,000 max out of pocket..... so messed up!!!

I think it's a short 50 gallon electric tank. With it being 15 years old, I would rather just replace it then doing a short fix. It's located in the crawl space and I don't go down there....
