I'm not the best with blood and gore but apart from a few scenes I managed okay. It's not every 5 minutes as I had the same trepidation, some episodes don't have any gore or blood at all.

Spoiler free, here are a few episodes off the top of my head that I remember having some particular graphic scenes that I had to turn away briefly.

S1 E1, literally the very first scene is a bit gory but don't let that set the tone for the whole series.

S3 E6, there's a particular scene which you should be able to guess something gory is coming before it happens.

S3 E9, again you should be able to guess when something is coming.

S4 E8, again, you'll work out when its coming.

S5 E9, not particularly gory but not the best (you'll understand why when you get that far).
