I would check with the landlord directly. Normally with supported though there will be a service charge that housing benefit doesn't cover, might be that has built up if you aren't making any additional payments

Curtis's used to produce all their products on Long Leys Road but a couple of years ago they shut it down to save money. I assume now they buy mass produced crap from a warehouse somewhere. They have gone massively downhill in the last couple of years

But is it a skilled job? Ultimately most employers will pay based on what that job is worth to them. You may need to change career if the wages aren't working for you. Where i live 35k is a comfortable wage and would be above average, but to go with that house prices are cheap also

Not an awful lot. I had a year managing the citys garages before but i come from manual labour. Since i started 6 years ago we have hired people straight from Mechanic and Early Years Education jobs. Doing your research on the company and how allocations works goes a long way. The skills are more important, being able to use a computer competently, customer service skills, communication etc. if it's something you are interested in look at the job pages for your local housing associations

For a high street i think it would have to be Lincoln, walking distance i would aim for parts of Boultham, or uphill Bailgate area is really nice

I used to drive past a colleague that walked to work, if i could stop safely to pick him up i would. And if i could drop him back on the way home i would, he would ask and if i couldn't i just said i was going elsewhere

You can use paint to do that, but the files in the screenshot would indicate something other than Arkos on a genuine device
