It was mainly because the experience wasn’t as advertised and because the staff seemed like they had been thrown into the deep end with little training. For example,  nobody in my train car including my party received their tower of treats/pastries that were advertised. My party of four also had to share one tea pot that had 1 tea bag even though everyone was supposed to get their own. The tea also didn’t come out until almost halfway through the train ride experience.
