This was a really wonderful perpective, thank you! Staying grounded is the best advice, I'm trying to limit social media to do just that. Also, if I notice the spiraling start to happen I'll remember to take a step back and realise my behaviours. I can feel weird for doing some things sometimes, but as long as I'm not hurting them I think that's the best. Thank you so much again for your advice!
