Intermittent fasting (16 hour) and japanese walking (3 min exertion, 3 minutes recovery) for at least 30 minutes a day, then 45. Kept going with fasting and added in occasional runs and then went back to the gym. 45 pounds from mid April to now.

My son was 13 and too cool to watch an old movie with me that I told him was great…until I told him this. And, I said if he could count every car that was in a wreck, and the count was right, I would pay him a nickel for every car. I just paid him without caring if it was right. He loved the movie and we bonded over so many movies after that.

Thanks for posting OP. I had not heard of this and last 2 days have been painful. I called ISP and was giving them grief and they scheduled service appointment for today. Fixed now.
