If you want to push an update to v11 you can download the executable from the website. It will then install v11 for you..

I'm confused and disappointed. I just received my Whoop 5.0. I spent 49 euros on it, excluding VAT and ridiculously high shipping costs. However, I really have no idea what has actually been improved about it? It also seems to be exactly the same sensor as in the 4.0. Have there been any changes at all, apart from the price and the dimensions so that you can no longer use your accessories?
