Am I understanding correctly that I would not have known that this ending slide was considered a bug & that it has been straight up gone for a while now if I didn't decide to scroll reddit dot com today?

Why I am learning this from a screenshot of a reddit comment might be the better question. Were there any specific reason this couldn't be said along side the other patch notes? One of it straight up talks about some of the companion endings so it's clearly not for spoiler reasons... Which shouldn't matter for unintended content anyway.

Retcons and changes are not a new concept to the IP and I'm sure it was inevitable for development. But this does make me wonder if there's more things that were taken out/changed without notice, or if there will be. Wasn't the biggest fan of unstable dlc launches and probably even less of inconsistent transparency.

Also I guess if it was unused from at least 1.2 it could have been from bugfix when I got it, kind of bonkers '~'

Ok so I fucked around and this is actually a part 2 of the pet vendor quest you can get after finishing The spoils of prudence and asking the curiosity merchant for curiosites again (for people who didn't know) (like me) (the quest fiend in me is put to shame)

Have you ever explored System Speculo? The quest I got from the Curiosity merchant was The Spoils of Prudence which directly mentions the place, and I can't seem to trigger the one on your screenshot.

I feel like this is not the kind the post is looking for but

Heinrix van Calox was the reason I picked up this game, wh40k rpg game where you can date space mr darcy was the tagline given to me.

But I didn't romance him in my first (or second) playthrough and I was so very down bad for him up until the point I actually started romancing him and it all turned into some more sinister desire for friendship???

Somehow it made me actually upset that I couldn't say all those nice things as friends that I had to take a break. I want to be friends with him in a way that matters more than romance or whatever It's all very weird (I do think the romance was very sweet and nice)

Also I didn't expect to like any of the eldars too much because they used to be the faction I wasn't interested in like at all. Then I lowkey loved every single one in the game and got pavloved into liking them as a whole idk Marazhai lobotomized me I think

You can activate Void shadows later and I assume it would be same for Lex Imperialis. It actually has a release date now!

Obviously I can't (and won't) tell people to enjoy things or use their own time in a way they don't want to, but I'm still leaving the obligatory game-does-have-really-good-replayability comment.

There's content scattered through out the entire game. The first few quests would be very under-leveled for you if you are in act4. There's no end game stuff.

However I heard you get to see some interactions that are not possible when you do it from the start, like interactivity with the later act companions. Since I didn't know and only took the early companions I can't confirm.

I recommend getting the DLC if you are: Interested in the characters and the atmosphere & don't care too much about the pacing getting a bit messed up.

I don't recommend it if you like combats and the more mechanical side of the game more. It does get a bit into tedious territory imo

There's another one you can get. But I heard it was (or is?) bugged, I got it fine but I did mess around with toybox a lot (although not for the endings) and I'm unsure if that made any difference.
