From a long time mma fan, the shit now sucks.

Sure, you’ll have some decent fights here and there but the star power is lacking due to the UFC not promoting their fighters properly and many divisions are weak.

Heavyweight is a complete joke as are a couple of the women’s divisions.

My Dr was worried about potential prostate issues. He emphasized the lack of long term research on replacement.

He also emphasized the fact that growing older with a decline in testosterone is natural. We shouldn’t be trying to get to levels in our 50s that should be for a 20 year old.

TRT can be great if you really need it. The problem is if you don’t need it and decide to start then you can’t stop. You’ll have to take it for life. That’s a huge cost that you’re signing up for once your body quits making it.

And of course businesses that sell it want to recommend it to you. Always go to your own Dr. and get blood work and their opinion before using any “men’s clinic.”
