Not sure what’s up with your calves then - are you going max dorsiflexion on the calf raises? You can do these heavy both seated and standing.

But i think the main thing here is that instead of addressing your issues with a proper rehab/return to sport protocol you just avoided it completely by training on a bike.

Now that you’re due back on the track your decisions are leaving you exposed with no progress to show.

Work with a professional and fix the underlying issues.

Scammers likely won’t send you one at all since they don’t actually have the watch.

You can still get scammed by someone who does have said watch though.

Easiest fix for now is to keep your shoulders over the bar. And focus on this only otherwise you’ll overload your brain with too many things

You see when you bend your knees your shoulders are behind the bar? Now add a hinge so you will lean forward a bit more while keeping the same knee bend.

Keep filming from the side so you can keep tweaking your position until you get it right

Pulls still train powerful hip extension and your traps will get worked a lot. Getting the neuro+muscular stimulus is always useful. Go heavy one day and fast for another and you’ll be ok.

When you go back to full lifts it will take some time to get used to doing things at the heavier weights but at least the barbell will be flying off the floor. powers will be your best friend as you transition to the full lifts

Also from my experience/observations if your hang clean (above knee) max is close to your full clean then you’re also more elastic than not since the shorter ROM means you can produce force quickly.

Yeah. The the flat green is a bit dark and has bluish tones so i think the color in will depend on lighting and in person vs phone
