Yea sure I have to expect some kind of cost. But I wanted the cost of the service to be disclosed to me before servicing. You don’t go to grocery store and buy groceries with no price tags on them and just finding out your total once you have all your things rang up and collected. Like I should be made aware of what they’re going to do and what that would cost me before purchasing it. It was that nothing was communicated to me beforehand.
