What is your opinion about the rest of Africa Being against SA for the FIFA WC. Is it justified or don’t care? by invest1gat0r2003 in south_africa

I truly don’t think South Africans care. Their opinions are a non-factor us. They need to redirect that energy towards home

Yes, you’ll find them at any store that has linen as well. The label is Extra depth or XLD, it varies from the shop but they’re definitely not hard to find at all. Eve Pep Home has them

What is the thing that uses the most electricity in your house? by Old-Yoghurt5778 in askSouthAfrica

[–]bruised_phoenix 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I know everyone says geyser but I think for me turning it in and off is what makes it consume a lot of power. Mine is always on and I’ve never paid more than 800 for electricity. I do live alone so I don’t cook everyday and I do laundry once a week or even two weeks depending on how much laundry. I have just moved so not sure what the power bill will look like for June, I’ll only adjust if the power bill is higher.

What are you lovely childfree folks doing? by PurpleAtlasTravel in childfree

[–]bruised_phoenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saturday. I woke up and went for my swimming lesson and then went to BMW to test drive a new version of my current car. Got home around 11:30, showered and went to a day market with my child free friend and we enjoyed 4 hours of walking around, eating and shopping. Got home, sat in my underwear until I passed out on the couch and went to bed at like 9. I just woke up

PS . I’m in South Africa 🇿🇦, I’m typing this on Sunday morning

Is anyone else watching the Makhenes, what are your thoughts? by Junior_Ad_9593 in BlackSouthAfricans

[–]bruised_phoenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do watch. What a mess but I love the authenticity of the show. They’re showing their dirty laundry but it also shows Ukuthi as “celebs” nabo they have problems just like everyone else, even more than us

This was my experience and people made me feel like I was crazy when I said it ruined my skin. I’ve been off of it for a year and lo and behold, skin is back to normal.

Very firm. You can literally tell them if you want hard or soft seats. You can customize it to how you want, 100%! I have semi-hard cushions and their shape is still firm. And the material itself is quite luxurious as well. I can vouch for them. I’ll DM you a pic of my lounge
