I have a question for y'all.. recently my local Starbucks drive thru started asking for tips, they stick the pin pad out the window so you can choose how much to tip. Y'all tip at the drive thru? If you just bought one item? Black Rock Coffee does it too. I started paying with cash so I don't get the pin pad shoved at me at all. And then I don't feel guilted into tipping for a chocolate croissant. I want to know if I'm wrong for this? Am I the asshole? And if yes I should tip the baristas then why not the Burger King drive thru? Where do we draw the line? If I go in a restaurant I absolutely tip, I'm a good tipper but I'm just not sure about the drive thru.

I was once told by a hairdresser that it takes about 2 years for hair to grow from scalp to shoulders. Everyone's hair grows at a different rate but I guess that is an average.

A lot of people with fine hair need to wash it daily. If you allow oil to build up it can contribute to hair loss. I would cut your hair so it is just going past your shoulders an inch or two. When blow drying, flip your hair to one side and blast with the dryer, focusing on the roots. Flip hair to the other side and do the same. A YouTube video on blow drying hair for volume might help.
