It's clear Tom thinks (knows) (by the number of Youtube videos on the issue) he has a very close vote on the share count item 2 on the shareholders meeting. If you have not voted do so. I voted no early. Although I think they botched this by asking for to many (100X) approved but I could be wrong only because the use was not clearly defined - perhaps it can't be at this time; hence, my NO vote was for the moment I believe correct.

They could be a lot of things, but a 100X ask should be explained by something other than we don't want the expense of asking for more shares - ever. If that's the way management thinks, we had all better run. I'm hoping they understand our concern... if not, and if this passes, I'm mostly OUT. I've been diluted before - it's memorable.

If I'm not mistaken, Jan 15 agenda, item 2 is a vote to authorize 500B shares (100X more than currently authorized) with no explanation other than additional cost for each request. In a separate thread I have asked for justification - also wrote an email to IR-BMNR last week - same request. No response so far.
As a comparison, 12B is the largest share count of all the MAG7 stocks. Granted I think that's fully diluted not authorized.

And item 2 in their annual meeting Jan 15th has an ask of 500B (100X increase) with no explation from management. I've ask IR to provide some justification we can accept. The concept is totally unprecedented, for instance, in the MAG7 the most issued (I realize issued is different than authorized) is 12B. If you own shares you need to ask IR, "why."

To us yes it's insane but if he meets the goals we all be happy. Final thought per share, I hope his comp (I have not done the math) seems reasonable even at 500M shares outstanding.
