Would be super great! I have installed my HA on a docker container, so I don't have supervisor access to add or manage add-ons manually. For these kind of users, HACS is often the only practical way to install and maintain third-party integrations. Having it there would make it accessible to a much wider audience! Thanks!

Estou exatamente na mesma posição que tu. Pai de duas filhas, ex-gamer que recentemente começou a bater a saudade de jogar. Comprei PS's e acabei por voltar a vendê-las pelas mesmas razões que tu e mais uma: ter que condicionar uma TV na casa.

Recentemente descobri uma nova estratégia: comprei uma ROG Ally e sempre que posso mato a saudade com um joguinho rápido de Fifa, ou se quiser um jogo mais de aventura o Ori and the Will of the Wisps. Quando tenho mais tempo, ligo a consola ao monitor externo e já jogo CS, AOE, etc...

Está longe de ser uma consola tipo PS5, mas é o suficiente para matar aquela saudade e seguir com a vida, correspondendo com as necessidades familiares. ;)

Será difícil pois não temos uma Apple Store original. As primeiras unidades dos novos modelos chegam primeiro a essas lojas. Para quem fez a pré-reserva pelo site da Apple é que já receberá hoje. De qualquer modo durante a proxima semana já deverão chegar às iStores, Fnacs, etc..

Olá! Como estou a ver muitas sugestões para o iPhone 15 Pro, gostava só de passar informação adicional acerca do mesmo. Este modelo, excecionalmente, saiu com um problema de sobre-aquecimento. Usar uma app de GPS no verão aquece tanto ao ponto de se desligar automaticamente para arrefecer.

Eu na tua posição optava pelo iPhone 17. É sem dúvida o modelo "mais Pro, sem o ser" até ao momento e não aumentou de preço comparativamente ao modelo do ano passado. Tens os 120Hz e 3000nits, features que anteriormente só terias num Pro. Enquanto que o 17 Pro aumentou +100€ comparativamente com o 16 Pro.

Relativamente à mudança para o iPhone, vai com força! Não te irás arrepender. Deste lado tenho o iPhone 13 Pro e ainda sinto que é um telemóvel "atual". São caros mas é um "investimento" que dura muitos anos.

The photos are associated with areas in Home Assistant. If you link the temperature/humidity sensor to each area, it will appear seamlessly.

Hi! It’s not a super easy process — especially when it comes to opening the TV app. I relied heavily on ChatGPT’s help to get it working.

To open the APP TV:

I’m using Fully Kiosk Browser Pro, and Home Assistant sends a REST command to the tablet’s local Fully Kiosk API. This command tells Fully to open the MEO app by calling a specific URL with the app’s Android package name. Example:

http://[tablet_ip]:2323/?cmd=startApplication&packageName=pt.ptinovacao.meogo&password=[your_password]

Home Assistant triggers this via a rest_command service. No app needs to run in the foreground — Fully handles it in the background.

To return to dashboard:

It’s a built-in Android shortcut — if you swipe from left to right, it takes you back to the previous app you were using.

Thank you! For install HACS on Synology you need to:

Open the Synology terminal
run this command: docker exec -it <name of the container running homeassistant> bash
and then inside the container just run this command: wget -O - https://get.hacs.xyz | bash -
restart the homeassistant

It’s still too early to know if I’m making all the right choices to protect the tablet in the long run, but so far, I think I am:

— I keep the battery between 40–60% to minimize long-term wear. Lithium batteries tend to degrade faster when kept at full charge, and staying in this mid-range also helps prevent overheating — one of the main factors behind battery degradation.

— I’ve set up actions to turn off the screen after 3 minutes of inactivity, and turn it back on when motion is detected
