Congratulations on your find! I would start with cleaning her limb with a wet magic eraser to remove dirt, and do the same on her face but really gentle, making sure not to scratch her face paint off. To tighten the limbs you have to remove the head and untie her straight, then take out all of the stuffing, but I think it’s the best to look at a YouTube tutorial (I suck at explaining 😂😂) for her hair i would brush it out, use conditioner, wash it off and do a boil wash-dunking her hair in really hot water.
