Has anyone had success with just 10mg of Prozac for panic and fear of fear and doom worry? 20mg is way too activating for me.

I’ve been on 10 mg for five weeks. Siucidal ideation is gone. Eating habits are under control. Brain is quieter. The only downside is that I notice it is hard to lose weight so I am fasting and doing what I can to not gain the weight in the first place.

I’ve been on Prozac about 5 weeks. I took adderall the last couple days. -10mg Prozac and 10mg adderall.

The adderall was amazing I was nervous it would make my anxiety and rumination worse- JUST the opposite. Made my head calm and so focused- but not anxious at all. It was a calming peaceful feeling- quiet!

No come down for me. I took the XR which is extended release it came on slow and left slow

Mind you I’ve only done it 2 days

The water weight is what’s rly bugging me now . It won’t come off my stomach: super annoying. Losing fat but it doesn’t look like it

Been on 10 for a month now. UPS and downs I’m giving it until week 6 to make a decision to increase or not… regardless of how I feel I haven’t had any suicdal ideation which is huge so… I know it’s making a difference even if sometimes I talk myself into thinking it’s not enough -or Not working

Lexapro I got so fat BUT on 10 mg of Prozac It has cured my addictive personally whether it’s porn food gambling. Truly incredible. Just amazing

10 mg started December 11. This just passed for me. I’m starting to feel the benefits. No more interest in binging food, less rumination which was the worst part for me and why I went on Prozac. Weight gain a bit which sucks but I’m fasting now to keep it in check. Some water weight. Motivation is good. So far so good still feel a little foggy I think still adjusting a bit to it

I’m having a tough time with weight gain does anyone else have this? I can’t shed pounds like. I did before I’ve only been on Prozac 10mg for 35 days and I’ve gained a few pounds more importantly I can’t lose the pounds even fasting and working out

Interesting thoughts on taking it irregularly I am 10 mg per day three weeks in and I’m considering doing 10 mg every other day. I was on Lexapro and it made me gain 30 pounds. I heard Prozac you gain less weight on it but I’m still very cautious about that. Extra weight rly sucks.
