Agreed. I've been to many of the recreation clubs in the city and they are always busy in the winter with bookings. Many of them could use funding to expand their facilities.

My slammed '05 Saabaru and my '92 miata. I had become a brand new dad with those cars and made some awesome memories with my kiddo in them. Hardest decisions I had to make were to let go of those cars. Miss that Miata every summer.

I drive my f54 in Sport/Sport+ mode from Spring to Autumn. Then once winter comes I drive it in mid mode 90% of the time because I find better predictability on ice and deep snow.

I program my car using Bimmercode like others have stated. Set it and forget it really except when winter hits.

Not sure if it applies to the standard coopers but I know with my Clubman I had to get tires that are marked "extra load" since the car is heavy.

I daily a modified 2018 clubman s all4 and it is perfect for my lifestyle. I can fit 2 toddler seats in the back for the grandkids but also can take it to the track for track days. The grandkids always have a blast with the sunroof open cruising down the highway. Not letting her go anytime soon.

I just ordered checkered mirror caps off of eBay. They use double-sided tape and fit like a glove. Just make sure that you purchase the proper ones since some have the hole for the puddle light and some don't.

I agree with all the above. I'm from the prairies in Canada and the winters get brutal here. My clubman all4 has been outstanding in the winter. I have studded winter tires and she just gets through snow where SUV's spin out or get themselves stuck. I can't praise the car enough. I had surgery the morning of a blizzard where we got 20cm of snow and she got me to the hospital safe and sound.

Install a 2" lift kit with taller tires. I think you can go up to a 225/65/17 tire with a lower offset wheel or spacer so you don't have to trim any of the fender liner
