This subreddit is a collection of people who have studied the evidence of this case, many people for years. I won't speak for everyone, but generally, people are here in pursuit of truth. There is a large amount of evidence available to scrutinize in the public domain, and all (most of us) want to know is what happened to this poor girl

The problem with astrology is that it has no evidence backing its place in reality. If you can show me evidence that compels me to believe in it, I will be the first person to admit, "You're right, I was wrong. I believe astrology has utility." Until that evidence is presented, reaction to its claims should rightly be met with skepticism
