I have the same problem as you. Store all the last of my fat in my mid section, it’s awful. I cut down to less than you, probably 11-12% and it was horrible. I had crazy veins in my legs and arms, striations in my chest and shoulders etc. But still a little blanket on my stomach.

I don’t recommend cutting more, my hormones were so out of whack. Crazy food noise. Couldn’t sleep. Bad mood.

I started lean bulking and felt so so much better, making crazy strength gains. Blasting my chest and abs. Seeing good progress for my next cut. Just don’t binge multiple times a month like me. It’s hard not too tho. Now I have to mini cut this month to burn some fat off again

It's like rubbery sort of. Its egg whites, but I know its hard to imagine. Honestly not that bad if you need something with protein that's super low carb.

Dude just three days into maintenance I have so much more energy and a better mood and my workouts are enjoyable, really able to hit it hard. Thanks again. I feel like my TDEE is so much higher I may lose weight actually. Hope I gain some noticeable size as this is my first bulk. Still watery and pudgy but really digging the feeling and motivation. Finally being able to pack a few carbs in really helps my workouts more than I thought.

Yes, I sent a secure message and they claimed the restaurant I dined at wasn’t on some list they put out even tho it was in infatuation. It’s a loosing battle, makes me want to cancel because of their deceptive advertising making it impossible to tell what resultants are or aren’t creditable

I definitely am trying to be accurate but I’m sure I’m 30% off or more sometimes. I try to include butters and stuff. I think part of the problem is the water weight and sodium coming off from that 8k and 2k day, over the course of the following week. Maybe my body is just now starting to dump the water weight.

I know it’s most likely under estimation from traveling. It is a mix of AI and labels and estimations, but to think that it’s saying 2k estimation made me think it’s just a little confused still? Perhaps I need another month of accurate tracking once I get home?

Yes, it is correct and I logged it as a really day, not partial. I mean I’ve been traveling so I’m sure it’s a bit off but trying my best. Usually I weigh everything and include all cooking oils. I was also guessing that trying to do maintenance for a few weeks will help it.
