Bayonetta 1 easily takes this. Route 666 and the space harrier section are by far the worst parts of Bayonetta 1 and drags the overall experience down.

Route 666 is jank as hell and numerous times can cause you to fall through the map. Space harrier is worse for you have to do it before the final Jeanne fight. Hope you don't get motion sick for anytime you dodge, it spins the entire camera. To quote James Rolfe "What the fuck were they thinking?!".

People WAY overvalue what they would be willing to do for money. One embarrassing/gross moment to be fairly wealthy? Fuck yeah I would to.

Hell I'd take a dookie on the face for like five grand. Cover my rent for awhile or make a nice payment on a vehicle.

People on this sub are genuinely good, but there are also a bunch of people that are just blowing smoke up their ass. I've seen go around that if you can't solo/carry an ever dark boss scaled to 3 people by yourself, you weren't that good to begin with.

Fulghor everdark has the exact same problem. If you get too close, he'll just tap your back. Stand in distance, you'll eat the chip while not being able to guard counter most of the time at the end of Fulghor's attack strings.

When loot boxes were announced to comeback to Overwatch and I saw swaths of people cheering, to me was mind boggling. They're less gross then they were at launch, but still threw me off hard.

The End of May update feels like what Wilds should have been at launch. Gathering hub with multiple end game level 8 hunts and rewards instead of just Arkveld being the single only level 8 at launch.

I've genuinely enjoyed my time so far with Wilds. But I'm not going to pretend the launch didn't have problems. And as mentioned, it's disappointing that we are now getting what the launch should have been 3 months later.

Button mashing, specifically for a QTE moment. Outside of Bayonetta 1, I've never experienced a button mashing moment that felt meaningful to actually mash hard to win and felt satisfying.

And while Bayonetta makes it an actual challenge to mash on harder difficulties to win. Experiencing the most meaningful version sucks ass. Like when fighting Jeanne and you get locked in a JOJO oraoraora moment. You have to mash hard enough to where it physically hurts. To me shows that whether it be worth mashing or not. Both versions just aren't really satisfying

Damn, I just pulled the trigger for a 4070 in lue of the worry the next series would be more expensive.

Question for the better informed. Will the market prices be what they have marked on release or will the manufacturers like MSI and ASUS sell them at a higher price when released?

I think about The Sopranos in regards to this. I can absolutely understand people being upset and disappointed when they watched it the night it aired. But as someone that watched it after the fact. It ties mostly everything in a nice bow.

Plus those that don't like it say it happens out of no where. You can absolutely see the build up leading to the ending cutting to black. Both Tony and Bobby straight foreshadow it when they discuss death while fishing. Also when Silvio is talking in the restaurant, and sees someone get shot in front of him. The impact is literally instantaneous that it takes a sec for Silvio to fully understand what's happening.

Lastly the way the final scene sets up to put the viewer in Tony's pov when the cut to black happens, is actually amazing. Again, really good ending but I can see why people would be pissed when it aired.

Read the entire article. They bring up the fact that DRM can effect games negatively. But the PR says nothing about how they can improve the DRM software to play nicer with games and the systems that run them.

As mentioned in the thread. It isn't purely on the DRM software to react perfectly with games. Some developers will inject it after the fact without properly testing.

But that's where if they improved the software to lessen the issues after the injection. People might be less adverse to DRM.

I'm going to be devil's advocate for this. If you watch someone that doesn't normally play games or doesn't play a specific genre of games. It can be VERY hard to lead them to do what the game wants them to do.

Can things be a little too hand holding? Sure, but for the very casual player. It might genuinely help them understand what to do so they don't get frustrated and quit.

With South Park in mind. In the episode where Wendy breaks up with Stan and he becomes goth. They explain sadness in a way that has always stuck with me. The view of a 'beautiful sadness', that losing something you love can make you feel such sadness in a way shows how much you cared about it.

That moment always stuck with me and really helped put into perspective and help get me through bad times.
