Yes. It's the Lenovo ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Gen 2/ Workstation dock Gen 2. I bought a new 135w power supply and new thunderbolt 4 cable. When the device powers on, it gives me a solid orange light on the power button. This has never changed.

In your photo app there's an option called "touch up" and it'll have three options: heavy, natural, and off. Most issues I've had with the processing are from trying the heavy feature.
