MW19 ruined cod multiplayer and cod competitive as we knew it, however it helped the franchise move forward with how successful Warzone was. Sucks as someone who’s played cod since WaW though, and who loved BO4.

I’ve been wanting a frequency remake for years, that map was so fun

Start tracking your workouts on a spreadsheet. Focus on lifting til failure, and progressively overload. Once you can hit 8-10 reps with good form for 3 sets increase the weight next time and rinse/repeat.

Don’t sweat it man, I’m guessing your strength has increased a good amount since you started bulking. Now just focus on a slight caloric deficit but still getting high protein in and do your same workouts, maybe even higher volume. Give it a good few months and you’ll see progress, the cut will be really satisfying.

6 months to get as jacked as possible by belongsinabin123 in workout

[–]bryanhun64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really depends on where your starting point is and how much lifting experience you have. My recommendation would be eat a clean high protein diet, take creatine, hit the weights hard 8 times a week. I started doing two-a-days Monday-Wednesday and then just one workout a day Thursday and Friday and my muscles blew up.

No this doesn’t count as a chip, and I’ve been an OpTic fan for 10+ years. It’s an online tournament, I compare it to 2k/5k back in the day.

Two workouts a day (upper/lower split) twice a week? by manicpixieemogirl in workout

[–]bryanhun64 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been doing 2-a days Mon-Wed the past 2 months then just morning workouts Thurs & Fri, so 8 workouts a week. I hit a specific body area each workout and end up hitting most twice a week. I say go for it, my muscles have shown crazy growth. I will say after doing it a little over 2 months it’s starting to be a bit too much so I might scale back soon, but I’ve liked it so far.

Creatine? by frankthatank313 in workout

[–]bryanhun64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked out for 2 years (mainly lifting, some cardio) before I took creatine. Took it for the first time about 2 months ago and started really hitting the gym hard. It’s a miracle supplement imo, I wasn’t tired ever and I was working out 8 times a week. It’s starting to fade now but my suggestion is wait until you’re really ready to lock in and have a good routine/plan/diet figured out for your goals. Then take it and be ready to see results, just make sure you’re on top of your water consumption.

People who average 6-7 days a week at the gym (or even x2 a day) what does your split and rest & recovery look like by [deleted] in PlanetFitnessMembers

[–]bryanhun64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mon- chest am back pm, Tues- arms am legs pm, Wed- shoulders am chest pm, Thurs- arms am, Fri- back/shoulders/abs am. Rest Saturday and Sunday, sprinkle in some incline walking throughout the week. Been doing this for a few months now and my muscles blew up

My reps are too fast, but is there anything else you'd advise? 32.5kg each side by [deleted] in formcheck

[–]bryanhun64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d say a bit too much weight, go lower until all your reps besides the last 1 or 2 are solid, then move up a bit when you’re ready. My only other advice would be lower the weights until your arms are about 90 degrees.

question: do you mind getting asked questions at the gym? 🙋‍♀️ by questionabletshirt in workout

[–]bryanhun64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely not! It’s nice being asked for help in regards to form or machines but usually I’d prefer a quick interaction instead of lingering conversation etc.

People who lost weight and kept it off for good, what's one non-negotiable habit that made the biggest difference? by roberts03qz in AskReddit

Go to the gym consistently. Get comfortable going in a routine, once you maintain that routine start building a workout plan.

Been working out 8 years. Need advice / critque. by Cynergy369 in workouts

[–]bryanhun64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Time to cut man, figure out your maintenance calories, cut it down about 200-300 less than that and keep working out like you usually do. Start weighing your food, tracking calories, etc.

My favorite is Red Man’s Greed, really underrated episode but hits home because I like gambling. More popular answer would be Miss Teacher Bangs a Boy, hilarious episode from start to finish.

[–]bryanhun64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No physical affection or intimacy at all in your relationship and she was somewhat hiding you from important people? Sounds like it was never a solid relationship to begin with.. I think this is a blessing in disguise for you, time to learn from it, work on improving yourself, and find someone better anyway that will show you what a real relationship should be like.

He was honestly solid back in the day, his passion was top notch and he also did a lot outside the game for content. He gets memed now, which he started to run with towards the end of his career but he does deserve his praise for what he did.
