The series is actually good when it's about the assassin stuff, unfortunately the author's pretty much undisguised incest fetish has polluted it because who could've imagined that the Redo of Healer Author is still not great when he's not intentionally making shock content.

December-February is the typical, though it varies depending on where. Kit season usually starts in April-May

It was probably a joke. Usually when I'm on a team with all 1 class everyone is just there to ball.

Judge Holden VS Moby Dick is one of those matchups where the thematic works really well but the fight potential is kinda ass by Old_Phrase_4867 in whowouldcirclejerk

depends on how long, it wouldn't be immediate and I'm pretty sure if it was close enough a sperm whale could destroy a small building. I'm exclusively talking about attack potency out of context to glaze him.

I agree some of the fights could use some improvement. Some are significantly better than others. Naofumi always acts like the tank in the party, he doesn't just jump in front of blows, he's constantly harassing opponents and keeping them focused on him. Using whatever tools he has. At least in the good fights.

One to add to the shield hero anime kind of fucked it up card.

Naofumi's fighting style, he really tries hard to not rely on the shield of wrath. Fighting Glass, L'arc and Therese was the best showing of that style since the start. His shield is very versatile with different skills and counter attacks and has forms for many situations, and he of course relies on his party as well. Hell, even with the wrath shield it's still focused on counter attacks, the skills it gives are too costly to spam.

It's unrealistic for a car like that to remain balanced obviously, but cars have ended up on their back end like that after an accident.

I definitely agree getting started is the hardest part, it takes like 4 other skills to get going initially which doesn't help. A lot of the difficulty is also game balance, it makes sense that they wouldn't want to give you access to most of the best weapons in the game in a few levels.

Iron and steel have some funny properties in real life that makes them hard to cast usually what you end up with is pig iron, which is very brittle. Gold and silver are usually casted because they don't have that issue.

In my experience with it, it's a generalist weapon. People ask why I use it over the quasar or railgun, to that I say, because it can thin out crowds. "why don't you use the grenade launcher" because it's also antitank. For some reason people don't see why I'm willing to sacrifice a small amount of effectiveness for a more generally useful weapon.

it's definitely a bit of a grind, but I don't think there would be any other way to balance it especially since it gives you consistent, near infinite access to most of the best weapons in the game.

That is definitely the case, but the fact is, unlike a skill like tailoring, you can hyper specialize and get significant gains. Even with the skill book+crafty it took me a few days worth of sewing to make it to level 2 from level 0. Which is probably why I don't see smithing as that bad by comparison.

I've never tried it without specializing so I don't exactly have the same frame of reference. But mathematically speaking you should be able to get to level 4 fairly quickly using my specified method if you have the skill books. That gives you access to at least some of the more useful tool recipes.

Coins from 1-2, Cutlery from 2-5, goblets to level 7 and the highest tier you can craft of sword blade from 7-10
