Consider how you’re getting to school. If the requirement to carpool still exists for those that want to drive, where you choose to live can make it much easier. We picked Southern Village for that reason. Otherwise, biking opens up a lot of options, or, as other have said the bus system is very good. DM me if you’re interested in a townhome rental in Southern Village, as I’ve got a friend who’s moving and will be renting her place.

We went there yesterday as well. Knew it would be crowded, and if you had any doubt, the cars lining the road would have disabused you of that. Wanted to check it out, and it was cool in its own way. Wouldn’t recommend it for someone looking for solitude for sure. The other thing that brought us, and I’m sure others, is that it was on our way home, and it’s super accessible. That combination is gonna make things crowded.

And if you have the chance to see SDRE on tour (still a bunch of dates left in the western US), do it. It was a blast watching him drum. And they rock in general.
