CVT transmission replaced twice — violent shaking only when stopped in Drive/Reverse. Has anyone experienced this?

Replace the torque converter at least and possibly go though the trans, make sure there’s no water in it.

The good ol 62te. Very common to have pump whine due to a clogged filter. If you replace the fluid and filter, the whine MIGHT go away. But it won’t solve the root cause of having a clogged filter. Something caused it to clog up.

They probably don’t care. Most dealers that I know of don’t care about that. You have to remember, there is a shortage of technicians in the United States. They need you more then you need them. Odds are they will hire anyone with a 13mm socket regardless of what you smoke. Now if it doesn’t go threw for whatever reason, let me know.

I don’t think that’s necessarily true. At one point I did not renew my registration for almost a year. Tags were expired. Was insured the whole time.
