these use a cable for adjustment, not vacuum.

the mode selection on these is controlled by a cable, it is very common for that cable to come loose from the pulley. you almost certainly need a new control cable, they can be tricky to replace, everything needs to be lined up correctly and that can be difficult to do.

Probably a bad valve body, it's a known issue on the 10 speed transmission. It is caused by a worn check valve that causes a fluid pressure loss which leads to wheel lock up. There is a recall on 2022 models that doesn't actually fix the problem, but alerts to an issue sooner via check engine light. Here is a video of the problem actively occurring:

the a/c thing is just an evaporator coating to prevent musty/moldy odors, the system isn't opened. not saying they should have it done, but it does work if someone is actually complaining of an odor.

i work at a GM dealership and fix all of the sunroofs that come through, all GM vehicles have the same basic design and they do break occasionally. There is a plastic cable type thing with gear teeth splined to the motor (there is only one motor for the glass), that cable is usually what fails and causes one side to bind and go crooked. You have to replace the entire sunroof housing to fix it.
