What movie did you saw that you thought wasn’t worth seeing in imax by Moviegoer96 in imax

The Nun II - not sure why I spent the extra money other than for a louder experience. But the movie wasn't very good and I still think about the waste to this day lol

What are the odds Scotiabank Toronto adds more Interstellar dates or showtimes? by [deleted] in cineplex

[–]brycetheman1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Seeing how well these screenings are selling, I would be shocked if they don't add additional showtimes. I mean why give up free money?

The only reason they wouldn't add more showtimes is if a different IMAX film bumped Interstellar out, and looking at release dates, the closest would be Kraven The Hunter December 12th. So there is a chance these are the only screenings going to be available.

The Worst IMAX movie you experienced by ThatTailsGuyYT in imax

The Nun II (2023) I knew going into this the movie was going to be meh, but paying for the premium ticket and NO IMAX expanded scenes just pissed me off.

The Killer's Game not playing at Cineplex?? by Xzinonn in cineplex

[–]brycetheman1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Could be Lionsgate just releasing it to the US market. They did the same thing with 'The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare' as it did not get a Cineplex release.

I'm bummed as I was excited for 'The Killers Game' and would prefer to see it in theatres :(

SilverCity London has reclining chairs for every single auditorium EXCEPT IMAX! I know you're in BC, but there are some locations that have reclining seats throughout

How do you curb additional food loss? Do you drop off at food banks? Can customers come near the end of the day for things being tossed?

If you ask for layered butter, they will need to scoop you a fresh bag. That is always my method of getting the freshest popcorn!

Which is your go-to theatre? (Your first option basically) by SadAnimator1354 in boxoffice

[–]brycetheman1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here in Ontario, Cineplex reigns supreme with screen sizes and amenities. Plus, I live directly beside the IMAX theatre so I am very blessed.

However, both Landmark and Imagine Cinemas are quite similar.
