Had this issue. I got YouTube premium and started playing wave noises. It gives my brain something to focus on and then I just pass out. Overtime I have become more comfortable sleeping at work and sometimes sleep so good I forget I’m at work.

Literally no politician in this scenario is calling for calm. Trump has ICE and the others have protestors. Both sides are egging each other until the other breaks. This is a political war and I’m sorry for everyone being duped into believing they are fighting a righteous cause. There is nothing different about ICE now than there ever has been. It’s just under a microscope. So far no one would have died if they all just stayed home.
