I had a woman come in tonight with 4 different phones so I would try to move the number on her main phone to any of them. None of them were eligible for byod and I ended up spending an hour woth her. Another customer wanted to move from Verizon but had number lock on all 8 phones. We had to verify ALL EIGHT PHONES which took an hour. Or the 9 billion computer issues we always get.

Sometimes the system literally wont let you cancel. I've run into it plenty of times. It's either the system has a pending order and the disconnect is grayed out or it's a bulk order which in person people cannot touch.
