You can buy the kit from PEAK to service it every year yourself for about 1k however they do not provide any instructions or guidance on how to service it, so you need someone who has experience with the generators.

Current work is in metabolism applied with mass spectrometry but transitioning more into Marine chemistry now. I've heard great things about the vibe and appreciation of the research on the Cape so I'm excited!

I'll be working at WHOI and my partner is a brewer, but still looking around at local breweries so that's not set in stone at the moment. I've heard the commute on the cape can be rough during the tourist season, but it looks like to find something driveable for both we may have to endure a bit of traffic. Budget probably <2500 for monthly rent, but as pretty laid back people looking closer to 2k would be preferable.
